Happy with this minor issue
The only complaint we have is when they come to remove the lights, our front yard is littered with plastic clips, and this year we noticed several on the roof. Also, I understand knocking on the door to let us know you are here, banging on the door is really overkill. My daughter literally jumped out of how loud they banged on the door (which we have a doorbell). This is a few years we have this service for our lights, we are happy, with this minor issue that definitely can be fixed.

Outstanding Job by Aaron and His Team
Aaron installed Christmas lights on my trees and shrubs. He and his team did an outstanding job. A few strands were not working, and he promptly returned the next morning to replace them. He is very professional and helpful. If the office personnel would improve their scheduling procedures, it would be appreciated. Quoted me a time of 9 to 11, no call ever to keep me updated until I had to call them twice. No fault of Aaron, but he wasn't able to arrive until around 3:45 PM. There are definitely scheduling problems when there is that much of a time differential. Office staff indicated that I didn't have to wait all day as they can install the lights without me being home. Well, that is not true because I had to show Aaron via videos taken last year how it was decorated—a tree and a few shrubs would not have had lights on them had I not shown the video.

One of those was going around the house to check for additional holes, and the other was mentioning he was not able to fill the holes around the water heater where the mouse entered.
