How Our Service Agreement Works
We offer recurring services with a 12-month agreement so you get consistent protection at the agreed-upon price—and so we can prove our value over time. After 12 months, service continues month-to-month and you may cancel anytime with no further charges. If you cancel before 12 months, there’s a $100 early cancellation fee. Simple, transparent, and predictable.
What We Do
• Pest Control: Tailored programs for homes and businesses, targeting common Treasure Valley pests such as ants, spiders, rodents, and wasps—plus options for specialty issues like bed bugs and cockroaches. All technicians are licensed by the Idaho Department of Agriculture.
• Lawn Care: Seasonal fertilization, weed control, fungus treatment, and lawn-pest management to keep turf healthy year-round.
• Weed Control: Long-term pre-emergent and post-emergent services, including bare-ground treatments to maintain clean, professional spaces.
• Custom Holiday Lighting: Design, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage for a polished, worry-free display.

We stay current on products, procedures, and safety through connections with the Idaho Pest Management Association, the Simplot Agricultural Department, the Idaho Department of Agriculture, Veseris, and other industry leaders. Continuous training keeps our team sharp and your service effective.

Before any treatment, Pestcom Pest Management completes a thorough inspection of your home or business. We start by discussing what you’ve noticed and where, then examine key areas inside (kitchen, pantry, baths, laundry, garage, attic, crawl space) and outside (foundation, eaves, soffits, vents, door sweeps, window screens, utility penetrations, landscaping). We look for entry points, moisture or drainage issues, and other conditions that allow pests to thrive.
Once we understand the scope of the problem, we customize a plan for your property. Typical treatments include an exterior perimeter application, web and wasp-nest removal, crack-and-crevice work, and interior service as needed. Our products are family-friendly and applied by Idaho-licensed technicians. If activity continues between scheduled visits, we’ll return to make it right at no charge.
